Commons on Vine Redevelopment
At the August 22, 2024 Board meeting, the LCCCA Board approved the drawings and programming of the Commons on Vine Renovation (A.K.A. the Commons on Vine Redevelopment) project. This project is made possible through financial assistance from the Lancaster CRIZ Authority. Construction began in early May of 2025, and is on track to be completed in the 1st Quarter of 2026. Lancaster County Convention Center eyes renovation project to reuse Vine Street lobby
The Lancaster County Convention Center wants to reconfigure its footprint to open 12,000 square feet for more events, its executive director said. As part of the project, the convention center authority plans to move its offices to the Lydia Hamilton Smith House at 21-23 E.
