At the November 14, 2024 meeting, the Board passed three resolutions:
- Redesign 106 S. Christian Street, Lancaster, PA
- Commons on Vine Renovation project, bid awards and approve a rebid for AV Services.
- Resolution approving financial assistance for the Commons on Vine project.
