At the August 22, 2024 Board meeting, the LCCCA Board approved the drawings and programming of the Commons on Vine Renovation (A.K.A. the Commons on Vine Redevelopment) project. This project is made possible through financial assistance from the Lancaster CRIZ Authority.
Construction began in early May of 2025, and is on track to be completed in the 1st Quarter of 2026.
A couple key features of the newly imagined Commons on Vine are:
- a 44ft wide floor-to-ceiling video wall, located in the part of Commons on Vine called ‘Common Ground’
- 2 breakout rooms named ‘The Statesman’ and ‘The Confidant,’ respectively.
The Statesman and The Confidant will each have a maximum capacity of 100 people with theater seating, and 50 people with tables and chairs.
Common Ground will have a maximum capacity of ___ people with theater seating, and __ people with tables and chairs.
