• Triangle Fire Protection: Relocate sprinkler lines 8/7/25, 8/8/25, 8/11/25
• Garden Spot Plumbing:                 Rough in inspection 8/1/25. Passed
• Garden Spot Mechanical:             Finishing duct work.
• Clark Electric:                   Rough in inspection 8/4/25.Passed. Continue rough in AV, Data, & electrical.

• Uhrig Construction:              Subcontractors:
• PC Haines:                     Framing inspection 8/6/25. Passed. Blocking, drywall.
• Berks Metals:                 Steel installation in classroom, bar, & store front areas 8/6/25.
• JMS:                               Finish floor grinding, brick removal gateway sign to be completed by end of week. 8/8/25.

At this writing Commons on Vine project is on schedule, with two tough weeks of construction timelines ahead.
