For the calendar year 2008, the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority will hold regularly scheduled public board meetings on the last Thursday of every month. When a meeting falls on or around a holiday, the schedule might vary. The board meetings are held in the City Council Chambers located at the Southern Market Center, corner of Queen and Vine Streets, 100 South Queen Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
From time to time the Convention Center Authority will hold special public meetings for the purposes of reviewing specific plans or proposals.
Additionally, the Convention Center Authority holds the following monthly committee meetings:
- Facilities Programming Committee
- Public Relations, Marketing & Hospitality Committee
- Finance & Audit Committee
All public meetings are advertised in the legal notices section of the Lancaster Newspapers, and will also be posted on the is web site as well as the Authority office.
